Making the Holidays Brighter for Local Families

PIXY 103 is proud to support Homeless for the Holidays, an annual community-wide effort that brings together local businesses, first responders, and listeners to help families in need. Through live broadcasts, on-air promotion, and hands-on community outreach, Coxswain Media stations help turn generosity into real impact—collecting food, toys, gift cards, warm clothing, and cash donations throughout the holiday season.

PIXY 103’s Matty B takes the mission to the next level, teaming up with the Buzzards Bay Fire Department for a 103-hour campout at the Bay Motor Inn in Buzzards Bay. Together, they rally the community to collect non-perishable food and cash donations for the Bourne Food Pantry.

And the effort doesn’t stop there. On-air personalities from Y101, FRANK-FM, and KOFFEE FM join the cause, broadcasting from fire and police department “camps” throughout the event.

It’s more than a broadcast—it’s a community coming together to make the holidays brighter for local families.
